Cutting through the noise
The hotel impresses with its glorious gardens and prime location. While some staff members excel, others fell short, leading to mixed experiences. An attentive breakfast service redeemed some moments, but difficulty with the bar's hostess left a sour taste. Beautiful surroundings alone can't mask service inconsistencies.

Everything was simply excellent! It was a high quality hotel - I thoroughly enjoyed expert staff and incredible location. Booked classic room, that included tea and coffee making equipment, pay television, and a study table. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

The Rocco Forte Hotel impresses with fine Roman art throughout the hotel. The outdoor dining area in the courtyard offers a beautiful setting. The concierge provides really good service, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The room lacked some charm compared to the public areas. The decor felt more standard than luxurious. The breakfast menu could use more variety, as it felt limited. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely come back for the ambiance and service.

Prompt and excellent service from the staff esp the concierge who found us tickets for the Palm sunday mass. Also in a very good spot in town, easy for walking if you prefer. Food and service excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable, however the double ones were a bit tiny. Overall excellent
Had made a mistake with our room- given us a wrong one, but made up for it by upgrading , fangtastic

Dining al fresco with fresh Mediterranean dishes was a highlight, complemented by fine views and exquisite service from Eduardo, who effortlessly personalized our experience. The bar service was notably inattentive, and the room lacked adequate soundproofing were nice. The proximity to attractions was excellent, but some amenities fell behind expectations.

The hotel is situated in the central location close to everything. And it's nestled in a beautiful building next to the fashion district, De Russie, and the major attractions.

All the Hotel staff were excellent.
We have stayed at a several of Europe's top Hotels and I'm afraid the Russie does not make the grade. We were surprised how noisy the room was, they really need to look at improving the soundproofing. In addition during our stay we had several Gin and Tonics in the Bar that appeared to have virtually no Gin in , which for 38e for two was very irritating.

Would recommend for a short interlude
Elegant hotel, attentive staff, focused breakfast experience, made my short stay enjoyable with a beautifully designed room that offered a fine view of the gardens and a good culinary breakfast brought to life by the wonderful Mario.

Soft drinks/drinks and incidentals were a rip off price wise. Way out of line price wise for drinks and food.
